Joint letting agent appointed at Bruntwood SciTech’s Base development
Bruntwood SciTech has appointed Manchester-based property consultancy, Canning O’Neill, as joint letting agents for Base, a 91,000 sq ft state-of-the-art office and makerspace scheme at Manchester Science Park.
Completed in 2022, Base is a £21m development which has been designed for companies working in technology and innovation sectors.
Manchester Science Park is home to more than 150 companies, including Yourgene Health, Epic Games and Carbon Air, working in industry 4.0, computer engineering, energy technology, low carbon, robotics, light manufacturing, materials science, medtech, gaming and animation.
Last year, Bolton University, in partnership with the London College of Accountancy, announced it was taking 36,000 sq ft at Base and is now up and running with courses including healthcare-specific options.
Workspaces in Base are available from 548 sq ft, up to a single floor option of 18,613 sq ft.
