Four industry partners join with Manchester Hoteliers Association

Manchester Hoteliers Association (MHA) has welcomed four strategic industry partners to strengthen its 2025 ambitions.
Sleep brand, Silentnight, coffee company Nespresso Professional, insurance brokers UKGlobal, and people performance consultancy, Purple Story, have each committed to a strategic partnership of the association on an annual basis.
Hospitality and events recruitment agency, Mint People, has also renewed its contracts as long standing partners of the association.
As part of the partnership, the businesses will have face-to-face access to the MHA’s network of more than 70 hotels and general managers through regular bi-monthly meetings, private dinners, and heavy involvement in the MHA’s annual ball and activities.
Currently, the MHA is the largest hoteliers association in the UK and exists to support and advance the growth of Manchester’s thriving hospitality scene through charitable initiatives and the development of the next generation of talent.
Matt Townley, chair of the Manchester Hoteliers Association and group operations director at Dakota Hotels, said: “In alignment with the MHA’s strategic plans for the growth and development of the hospitality industry, our new partnerships will provide much needed industry collaboration to achieve our goals for the coming years.
“It is important for us to connect with the industry in an authentic and mutually beneficial way that can lead to truly impactful work that supports our industry.”
Fraser Chainey, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering) manager at Nespresso Professional, said: “Our collaboration is dedicated to supporting hoteliers in delivering exceptional guest experiences, from the moment guests enter the reception to their final check-out in this exciting and evolving city. We’re looking forward to connecting with members and becoming a part of the community.”
