Deals Round-up: Berg’s dental delight’ Stripes’ Midlands role

LAW firm Berg Legal played a key role in the venture-capital backed MBO of Cheshire-based dental supplier DBG.

STRIPES, the Manchester law firm advised the shareholders of West Midlands-based domiciliary care agency, All & Small on the sale of the business.

The company was bought by national care agency, Carewatch Care Services Limited, for an undisclosed sum.

Stephen Jarman, who led the corporate team at Stripes, said: ““All & Small is an excellent strategic fit with Carewatch and the deal will further enhance the level of service and care provided to its customers.”
