In Brief: SFL renews golf sponsorship; Classic Narrowboats in liquidation;

MANAGEMENT Consultancy SFL has announced the renewal of its sponsorship of PGA Tour golf professional Jamie Donaldson for a third season.

The company, based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire, began its involvement with Jamie in 2008 and has now signed a deal to support his 2010 European Tour campaign.

In a move designed to increase awareness of the SFL brand, the sponsorship agreement will see the SFL logo emblazoned on Donaldson’s tour cap.

Jamie will play a series of rounds with new and existing SFL customers, enabling them to gain from his vast experience and expertise.

SFL chief executive, Emma Jones, said: “We are delighted to commit to Jamie and support him for another year. There are great synergies between our dynamic new business and Jamie’s renewed vigour on tour.

“We look forward to a rewarding and successful partnership for both of us.”
