Double deal at Christie Fields in Didsbury

RIPLEY Asset Management has secured a duo of lettings at its Christie Fields Office Park in Didsbury.

In a deal that involved a tri-party agreement, office furniture specialist Kinnarps has surrendered its lease on Unit 3 to make way for a new letting to ITC (UK) Limited, which has taken a new lease on 6,200 sq ft at an undisclosed rental. 
Simultaneously Kinnarps sub tenant, Bowmer & Kirkland, has relocated from Unit 3 to Unit 15 taking a new lease on the first floor totalling 2,100 sq ft.
David Laws of Matthews & Goodman, which advised Ripley Asset Management, said: “These deals are the result of some proactive asset management and tenant liaison. All three parties were driven by the same common goal, with a desire to ensure the end result was achieved.”
Kinnarps were advised by Ben Fallows of TFC Limited. Ripley Asset Management were advised by Matthews & Goodman and Knight Frank.
