Appointments: Ratten on the rise at RSM Tenon & more

ACCOUNTANCY group RSM Tenon has appointed Manchester based partner Chris Ratten, as its national head of corporate recovery.
In his new role Mr Ratten will have responsibility for driving forward the growth and development of the firm’s corporate recovery team.
With 14 years’ experience in recovery, having trained at RSM Tenon’s North West legacy firm Lathams, Mr Ratten’s specialisms include recruitment, manufacturing, retail, transport and travel.

BRAND communications agency 438 Marketing has strengthened its board following a series of major account wins.
The Knutsford-based company has appointed Mike Willig as its joint creative director. Mr Willig, formerly joint creative director at BDHTBWA, will work alongside existing 438 creative director, Damian Rawcliffe.
The appointment follows a successful year for the agency, which has won substantial new accounts including stationery giant Ryman; Exova – the world’s largest dedicated testing group and Liverpool John Moores University.
