Demand strong for Kingsdean’s Manchester apartments

DEVELOPER Kingsdean has sold all 14 apartments at its Manchester city centre scheme in less than six weeks.
It has refurbished an existing building on the corner of Deansgate and King Street West for the £3.4m Manera development.
The one, two and three bedroom apartments were marketed with prices ranges from £164,950 to £449,950.
Poynton-based Kingsdean is a limited liability partnership whose members are Karen and Salim Khan, and David Roberts. The work was carried out by an associated company, Rowlinson Constructions, and the architect was Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams.
Bo Khan of Kingsdean, said: “We have given great care and consideration to ensure each apartment has its own individual look and feel, maintaining exacting standards throughout.
“From a design point of view we’ve also remained true to the historic building to enhance its original features, while bringing a complementary modern and airy feel.”
