More growth on the menu for Fazenda after Liverpool launch

LIVERPOOL’S latest leisure offering – the £2m Fazenda Rodizio Bar and Grill – has opened its doors.

The new Brazilian restaurant at Exchange Flags is group’s second location and follows a successful opening at Granary Wharf in Leeds.

Fazenda’s interior decoration is of a high standard was inspired by some of the finest restaurants in Brazil. It also features a working sculpture installation – a giant mechanical corkscrew which can open a bottle of wine and pour a glass on its own.

Owner, Robert Melman, is confident Fazenda will be a big hit, stating:“We’ve already been given a fantastic welcome to the city and it was great to see so many people come to celebrate our opening.
 
“I’m confident that Merseyside’s discerning food lovers will enjoy the real Brazilian dining experience on offer at Fazenda. As well as offering 15 different cuts of meat, our distinguished wine list includes extraordinary wines from the finest growing regions in the world.”
 
The new 8,240 sq ft venue, has seating capacity for 190, as well as a bar area with a capacity of 60 and an external area for 50 people.
 
The Liverpool launch forms part of plans to roll out Fazenda nationally, with Manchester and Birmingham identified as the next locations in which the brand will expand.
