Transport firm moves in at freight terminal

MANCHESTER United, the owner of Manchester International Freight Terminal in Tafford Park, has secured a new tenant.

McGill Transport has taken a lease on a unit of 28,528 sq ft.

Nolan Redshaw negotiated the transaction along with joint agents DTZ.

Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw said: “There has been a flurry of activity at the freight terminal with its excellent road and rail connectivity and 24 hour security it is an attractive site.”
