Bilfinger Industrial Automation signs five-year deal at Woodlands

BILFINGER Industrial Automation Services has let a 12,316sq ft office at Woodlands Business Park at Newton-le-Willows, near St Helens.

BE Group, acting on behalf of Woodlands, secured the deal with the automations and control solutions and maintenance services provider.

Woodlands Business Park is an established estate consisting of six self-contained office buildings, and is home to the likes of Miller Homes and Nicholls Plc, or as it is more commonly known, Vimto.

Joint Letting agent Simon Roddam of BE Group said: “The location was ideal for this occupier given its proximity to their industrial facilities in Haydock and road connectivity, and these factors joined with our pragmatic leasing strategy provided an ideal property solution.

“This significant letting is the largest office letting in the St Helens Borough this year, and is testament to the fantastic offer at Woodlands Business Park which currently has space available from 4,360 to 14,550 sq ft”.
