Housing association HQ gets new look

LIVERPOOL-based Aztec Interiors has completed the fit-out at the new headquarters of housing association One Vision Housing.

Aztec has fitted-out the first and second floors of the three storey building, based at the mixed-use Atlantic Park development on Dunnings Bridge Road, Sefton.

The 11,000 sq ft second floor incorporates a boardroom with an audio visual system for presentations, meeting rooms, individual offices and open-plan office space. 

Fit-out on the 11,000 sq ft first floor included the creation of a 24 hour CCTV security room monitoring activity within One Vision Housing’s residential areas, open plan office space, a call centre, break out area.

One Vision Housing will now move its 200 staff into the building.

One Vision Housing senior project manager Mark Howard, said: “We are very pleased with the end result of Aztec’s work.  They have delivered a fresh and modern interior to complement the building’s exterior which also enhances the image of One Vision Housing.”

One Vision Housing is seeking tenants for the remaining 11,000 sq ft ground floor office suite.
