Cumbrian hall and Lancashire mill on market for a combined £3.25m

STAFFIELD Hall Country Retreat in the Eden Valley and Wolfen Mill Country Retreat in the Forest of Bowland have each been put up for sale.
Owners Michael and Marie Lawson are selling the properties for £1.5m and £1.75m respectively.
Victorian manor house Staffield, close to the Cumbrian village of Kirkoswald, has recently been refurbished and includes eight self catering holiday apartments with between one and three bedrooms.
Wolfen Mill, on the periphery of Chipping village in Lancashire, is a country mill conversion, including nine self catering cottage-style properties with views of the fells.
Alistair Greenhalgh, associate director at Savills, which has been instructed to sell the properties, said: “These properties offer a unique investment opportunity as holiday apartments rather than a traditional hotel format. The level of accommodation throughout both is impressively high and is perfectly complimented by superb rural surroundings.”
