DTZ to sell Knowsley Education Office
PROPERTY agency has been instructed by Knowsley Borough Council to sell the freehold of Knowsley Education Office in Huyton, Liverpool.
The four-storey property in Huyton town centre is a self-contained development of 12,001 sq ft with good access to the wider Liverpool city-region.

Knowsley Education Office was previously owned by the council and is now surplus to requirements. An asking price of £650,000 has been set for the building.
