Nolan Redshaw appointed to sell Farnworth Industrial Estate

BURY-based property consultancy Nolan Redshaw has been instructed as joint agents to sell the Farnworth Industrial Estate on behalf of Oldham-based landlord Udunk.

The 5.94-acre estate estate has industrial and warehouse units ranging in size from 2,640 sq ft to 21,650 sq ft, with approximately 40,000 sq ft of freehold space also available next to the site. Existing occupiers include Access Doors UK and JM Refrigeration.

“These units offer good motorway access, being close to the A666 which links to the North West motorway network,” said Noland Redshaw’s Neil Higson.

“With two units already sold and a shortage of freehold industrial units on the market in this area, we expect there to be plenty of enquiries for the remaining space.”
