Danbro buys rival London firm

CONTRACTOR accounting firm Danbro Accounting has bought Safe Business Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

The Blackpool-based company, which also has offices in Manchester and London, said the acquisition of the London-based firm means its client base has grown to more than 2,700 active contractors.

Damian Broughton, partner at Danbro, said: “This acquisition is another step in the growth strategy for Danbro and we are continually looking for further client portfolios or firms to acquire.”

Forbes Solicitors advised Danbro on the acquisition.

Danbro has offices in Blackpool, Manchester and London.
