Accountants flex their muscles with new client win

NORTH West accountants Beever and Struthers have been appointed to provide audit services for the British Weight Lifters’ Association.

The BWLA is the national governing body for Weightlifting and Disability Power Lifting in Great Britain.

Its partner organisations include Sport England, UK Sport, Sport Northern Ireland, Sports Council Wales, Sport Scotland and World Class Lifting.

Maria Hallows, partner at the Manchester firm, said: “This is the latest in a series of recent client wins for us and we’re delighted to be providing audit services to the BWLA.

“We were the natural choice for the BWLA because we work for other sporting organisations such as the International Federation of Netball Association and the English Institute of Sport ”
