Ultimate Finance takes more space

ASSET-based lender Ultimate Finance Group is to move its Manchester office to larger premises at 80 Mosley Street.

The firm, which has eight staff in Manchester, will lease the office on a five-year contract from Morley-based property development company Bilsdale Properties. It will move from its current offices at 11 St James’s Square in November.

The new offices will overlook Manchester’s commercial district and feature solar reflective glass and LG3 lighting systems.

Law firm Davies Arnold Cooper acted on behalf of Ultimate Finance Group on the deal.
