Bruntwood creates more serviced offices at The Plaza

MANCHESTER-based commercial property specialist Bruntwood has converted the sixth floor of its Plaza office building in Liverpool’s commercial district into 9,500 sq ft of serviced offices.
The firm said that demand for serviced offices in the area had been strong so when the Home Office vacated the space the firm decided to create a second floor of serviced offices at the building, which also contains 12 floors of regular office space and ground floor meeting rooms.
Bruntwood sales director Andrew Butterworth said: “Despite the fact that we added an additional floor last year demand for our serviced offices has always been strong within The Plaza.
“It benefits from being in an excellent location with some fantastic views across the City. We are confident that this new space will let quickly and we will continue to deliver high quality space with a strong customer focus.”
Bruntwood said that it now has around 2,000 serviced office desks available in Manchester, Knutsford, Cheadle, Warrington, Altrincham, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
