Red C moves to Salford Quays
MARKETING agency Red C has taken 4,500 sq ft of office space at Anchorage in Salford Quays.
The company, which has 40 employees, has relocated from Manchester city centre.
Julian Gratton, creative director at Red C, said: “We’ve achieved considerable success in recent months with a raft of prestigious award wins that has established us as a major creative force in the UK.
“The move to Salford Quays will breathe new life into the agency, and Anchorage is the ideal base from which to expand the creative and strategic offering of the agency.”
This latest letting is the third Manchester deal to be completed in recent months by Muse,.
Muse Developments manages the letting of Anchorage. Wes Erlam, development surveyor for Muse, said: “With Salford Quays emerging as the North West’s new creative hub, Anchorage offers an ideal opportunity for Red C and other occupiers to establish a strong presence in the area in preparation of the BBC’s arrival in two years’ time. “
Red C represented itself and Canning O’Neill acted for Muse Developments on the deal.
