Airangel appoints Cowgills

CLOUD computing services provider Airangel has appointed Bolton-based accountancy firm Cowgill Holloway to provide audit, tax and business services advice.

Warrington-based Airangel was formed in 2003 provides branded wi-fi access for hotels, conference centres and other venues.

Clients include hotel chains such as Holiday Inn Express, Radisson Blu, Malmaison and De Vere. It is run by managing director Dean Wilkinson.

Stuart Stead, partner in charge of property, construction and hospitality at Cowgill Holloway, said: “We are delighted to be associated with such a successful business and we will be working with Dean and his team to help plan for their long-term future.

Cowgill Holloway recently filed results for the year to May 31, 2010 which showed a £400,000 increase in pre-tax profits to more than £2m on revenues of £7.3m.
