Award for science park building
LIVERPOOL Science Park won the ‘Best Commercial Project’ award at the Your Move Property Awards for its second flagship building, Innovation Centre (ic2).
The science park caught the judges’ attention with its BREEAM rated design and successful lettings.
ic2 was designed by Liverpool architect Falconer Chester Hall to compliment ic1 facility, which isused as the Liverpool John Moores University Design Academy.
A spokesman for the firm said: “We are delighted to have assisted Liverpool Science Park and pleased that the judges were so impressed with the design of the building, the development is an excellent addition to the first building and to the wider knowledge quarter area.”
