MCR Property has acquired 2-10 Kingsway, Altrincham  in Greater Manchester from a private client represented by Regional Property Solutions for £1.37m.

The 95% vacant freehold property comprises 18,188sq ft on basement, ground and three upper floors and is currently designated for office and retail use.
