Manchester-based PIN Properties has completed a full refurbishment of Number One Dovecote Business Park, bringing to market the largest available, newly-refurbished Grade A office building in south Manchester.

The 61,000sq ft Sale building is just off Junction 6 on the M60 Orbital and five minutes’ walk from Sale Water Park Metrolink station.

The building, which was acquired by PIN in November, 2015, marked the developer’s first acquisition in south Manchester. It is one of two buildings that make up Dovecote Business Park with the other building occupied by GE Capital.

One Dovecote’s, Lee Egerton at PIN, said: “Our decision to speculatively refurbish this scheme underlines our confidence in the south Manchester occupational market.

“The standard of the refurbishment means that we are now on a level playing field with other South Manchester buildings / schemes in the region.”

James Dickinson, director of Canning O’Neill, joint agents for the scheme with Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Occupational demand for office space in and around south Manchester is far outweighing supply and Number One Dovecote offers occupiers an opportunity to relocate to a high quality, well located building with extensive car parking.

“The building can be let as a whole or can be sub-divided from 10,000 sq ft upwards depending on occupiers’ requirements.”

Quoting rental is £16.50 per sq ft.
