MAG Property strengthens senior team with Deloitte hire

The property and development arm of airport operator, MAG Property, has recruited Andrew Blackshaw as strategic asset management director.

He joins from Deloitte, has 17 years corporate finance and real estate consulting experience and will be responsible for a team of 28 property management and facilities personnel.

Working with Lynda Shillaw, MAG Property CEO, Blackshaw assumes overall responsibility for the MAG Property investment estate and will be accountable for assets, facilities management and risk.

MAG Property’s £641m property portfolio is spread across four UK airports with an average 93.9% occupancy, generating an annual income of £47.5m.

Blackshaw said: “I’m excited to be joining the senior team at MAG Property at this really important stage in its development. I’m looking forward to be joining such a great group of people and helping to support the business as it grows and develops.”
