Long delays in both directions on M62

There are long delays on the M62 in both directions, following an earlier police incident near Heywood in Greater Manchester. The road was closed within J19, however all lanes have now been reopened.

There are also long delays on the M60 clockwise between J15 – J16 connector road to J18 M62 associated with the same incident.

Road users are advised to allow extra journey time to complete their journey to consider an alternative route.
