Savills appointed on Mulbury’s Excelsior Works scheme

Mulbury has appointed Savills as sole selling agents on its recently approved Excelsior Works development in Castlefield, Manchester.

The development comprises of 108 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed by Tim Groom Architects.

The scheme will see the site of a former printing and book binding works in Hulme Hall Road transformed into a high quality eight-storey development adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal.

Some of the apartments will have balconies and access to a communal roof garden. A basement car park will provide on-site parking. Prices and further details will be released later in the year.
