Agent instructed on 73,000 sq ft crane warehouse

Davies Harrison has been instructed as sole agents to market a 73,000 sq ft manufacturing warehouse facility on Vaughan Industrial Estate in West Gorton, Manchester.

The building, which is owned by T&M Property Investments and was previously occupied by Cranes UK, is available on a leasehold or freehold basis from £3.75 per sqft and £40 per sq ft respectively.

The self-contained facility, which can be sub-divided, is also home to one of the largest overhead cranes in the UK with a 100 tonne capacity.
