Knight Knox launches new waterfront development
Property consultancy Knight Knox has launched Bridgewater Wharf in Salford, its 30th development in partnership with Fortis Developments.
The waterfront scheme between Manchester city centre and Salford Quays is the latest of 85 projects to be launched by Knight Knox across the UK and will bring a total of 376 apartments to the market.
Spread over eight storeys, the development will offer a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a selection of large townhouses.
Construction on-site is expected to commence in early 2018, with completion scheduled for Q1 2020.

Residents at Bridgewater Wharf will benefit from on-site amenities including a private residents’ lounge, modern gym, secure bicycle storage and parking on select units. The development will also boast electric charging points for cars.
