Deal sealed for 36 new homes in Skelmersdale

Merseyside-based Carroll Build has secured a contract with West Lancashire Borough Council for the construction of 36 new build homes in Skelmersdale.
Work started in April 2018, on the Beechtrees site, formerley home to eight blocks of flats which were demolished to make way for these new homes.
The development is part of the council’s plan to meet demand for good quality affordable housing in the area.
The properties will consist of 36 semi-detached homes, and will be available to rent from April 2019.
