£500k refurbishment scheme revealed at Manor Park

Manor Park Industrial Estate

A significant refurbishment programme at Manor Park Industrial Estate in Cheshire is under way, asset and property management company FI Real Estate Management (FI) has revealed.

Manor Park is one of the North West’s premier business parks and has recently benefited from improved connectivity as a result of the opening of the Mersey Gateway bridge.

In order to further enhance Manor Park’s offer to prospective tenants, FI appointed Liverpool-based Comm Commercial to deliver an extensive refurbishment programme worth in excess of £350,000.

New roofs are set to be installed on Units 1, 2 and 4, while 1 and 2 will also be completely stripped and have new interiors installed.

Following this a second phase of the refurbishment will begin, with the option for any businesses that have signed pre-let tenancies to input into the design process to create a bespoke fit-out.

This work is in addition to the recently completed £136,000 refurbishment of 10 Beeston Court, 12-15 Beeston Court and 10 Boleyn Court on Manor Park.

Current tenants at Manor Park include Warburtons, KRSS, Sandon Global, Rinnai, The Protein Works, Syntor Fine Chemicals and LCA Controls.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “Manor Park has long been one of the most desirable warehouse locations in the North West, continuing to attract occupiers in a crowded market, and this has only increased following the opening of the Mersey Gateway bridge.

“Our refurbishment programme reflects our commitment to continually improving the facilities at Manor Park and offering exceptional facilities to businesses across the region.

“We anticipate significant interest in the refurbished units, and look forward to working with our agents to identify prospective tenants in the coming months.”

The agents for Manor Park are B8 Real Estate.
