Manchester digital agency, Nothing But Epic, is the latest signing to Michelle Rothwell’s ‘This Is The Space’ development on Quay Street, Spinningfields.

The 15-strong team has moved to the new city centre location from The Shed on Oxford Road following a period of significant growth and expansion.

Commenting on the announcement, managing director Craig Tomkins said: “We’ve been planning a move from our start-up offices for some time and This is the Space is absolutely perfect for us.

“The ethos of Michelle’s business closely reflects our own, so we feel very much at home here and it puts us right in the heart of the city, which is where the business now needs to be.

“We love the facilities This Is The Space offers, such as creative whiteboard walls and breakout spaces, and look forward to celebrating the week’s successes on a Friday with the on-site bar.”

In recent months Nothing But Epic has extended its contract with North West manufacturing firm, Precision Poured Concrete.

This follows the team’s delivery of a digital campaign through quarterly growth on organic website traffic of more than 40%.

Bolton-based hearing care provider Fresh Hearing has increased its marketing spend following a reduction in the cost of acquiring an online lead of 68%.

Trafford Park-based Chatterbox Walls has also extended its contract with Nothing But Epic to provide SEO and social media management to support its online retail business.

Craig added: “We’ve achieved significant business growth by offering companies a free audit of their current paid advertising performance on Google and Facebook.

“One, in particular, saw a 35% hike in revenue simply by implementing our optimisation suggestions.

“This is a trend we have seen across the board with all of our clients and we continue to invest in recruiting the very best talent within our digital team.”

Nothing But Epic has also picked up a string of new accounts including Manchester-based fashion start-up ‘British We Love’, a new high-end marketplace for the best of British goods which is working closely with Royal Warrant companies.

These join existing clients including Hermes, Remington, Gulf and Co-op Energy.
