Boutique commercial law firm relocates to Spinningfields

Four Hardman Street

Prosperity Law has moved to Spinningfields, taking office space on the 1st floor of Four Hardman Street, Hardman Square.

The Manchester firm, which specialises in, among others, commercial litigation, business and property transfers, employment contracts and disputes, regulatory, insurance, mediation and intellectual property matters, has relocated from its previous city centre office in Bow Chambers, on Tib Lane.

Managing partner, Edward Smethurst, said: “Our new premises in this prime location not only give testimony to what we have already achieved with our development to date, but also enable us to fulfil our future growth plans.

“Four Hardman Street provides a great working environment for our team here in Manchester.

“Undoubtedly, being in Spinningfields, we are at the heart of the city’s professional community.”

He added: “This is where many of the professionals we work alongside are located and it is attractive for clients, with the added draw of some of the city’s top venues very close by, including 20 Stories at No 1 Spinningfields, and The Ivy.”

Prosperity Law has also recently taken up state-of-the-art office space in Liverpool, and has an office in Lancashire.
