Breakfast event with a difference in Altrincham

A breakfast event for local businesses is being held in Altrincham on Friday.

The event called Health is Wealth is taking place from 8am-10am at the Cresta Court Hotel and has been organised by local group SUBS.

SUBS is a group of local business owners who understand that launching and growing a business is challenging.

The focus of the event on Friday is the concept of putting your ‘business oxygen mask’ on first.

The SUBS panel of local experts will be providing advice, tips and personal experiences on how they have coped with the stresses and strains of running a business.

The subjects covered will include everything from how to organise yourself more effectively to how to get a decent night’s sleep.

Organiser Sonya O’Sulivan said: “The core message underlining that it is the responsibility of any business owner is to make sure that you put on your own oxygen mask first – if you ignore your own needs, you won’t be able to support and assist those around you.”
