Stonebridge Business Park

Property group St Modwen has sold Unit 11 at Stonebridge Business Park, leaving just one new unit remaining.

The 17,498 sq ft unit has been sold to UK Storage Co in a deal worth £1.5m.

The self-storage company operates across 16 cities nationwide and focuses on offering easy, clean, safe and accessible storage solutions.

The remaining prominent and self-contained 32,425 sq ft unit fronts onto the A580.

Stonebridge Business Park comprises a 30-acre site strategically located on the East Lancashire Road, one of Liverpool’s key arterial routes.

St Modwen also has new availability of around 2,500 sq ft of modern small units which are being brought back to the market.

The developer has also received planning approval to bring forward Stonebridge 52, a 52,000 sq ft unit which is intended for development in 2019.

David Nuttall, senior development manager at St Modwen, said: “We’re pleased to welcome another occupier to Stonebridge.

“The site’s high profile location was a key attraction for the purchaser who has followed occupiers including Boels Rentals, DPD and Almonds Catering to Stonebridge.”

St Modwen was represented by Knight Frank, GVA and Pinsent Masons.
