International law firm Addleshaw Goddard is advising Peel Hunt on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Manolete Partners – a London-based insolvency litigation financing business.

Manolete Partners is intending to apply for admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange this month, with an expected market capitalisation of £76.3m.

Addleshaw Goddard has been mandated as the legal adviser to Peel Hunt in its role as nominated adviser and broker to Manolete Partners.

The team advising Peel Hunt on the deal is being led by Manchester partners Duncan Wilson and Shelley McGivern and includes associate Lucie Alker.

The Manolete Partners IPO is one of nine main market or AIM IPOs on which Addleshaw Goddard has advised in the past two years, including, among others, the IPOs of Mind Gym, Sumo Digital, The City Pub Company, Ramsdens and AJ Bell.

Duncan Wilson, partner at Addleshaw Goddard, said: “We’re delighted to have advised Peel Hunt on the IPO of Manolete Partners.

“Despite volatile market conditions this year we’re pleased to have been busy throughout 2018 advising on IPOs and other equity capital markets work.”
