Housebuilder on the move to new HQ

Duchy on the move

Housebuilder Duchy Homes has relocated its North West office to Daresbury Park in Warrington due to expansion.

The firm is preparing for its growing number of developments across Cheshire and Lancashire.

Headed up by managing director Neil Waddington, the relocation of its office to bigger premises lays the foundations for strong growth plans.

Having welcomed several new members to its team this year, the North West division of Duchy Homes now has a total head count of sixteen house building professionals, making it quickly outgrow its original rental space in the shared offices at Manchester Airport’s business park.

Construction has already started at a new site in the beautiful Cheshire village of Winterley and sales will be launching in Spring for a new luxury development in the coveted Bowgreave area of Garstang, near Preston.

Duchy Homes now has four divisions across the UK and is set on significant further expansion as it heads towards its first decade on the housebuilding market.

Its North West division was set up in 2016 and has already earned a reputation for delivering luxury homes to the region.
