Lettings follow investment in building refurbishment

3 Hardman Square

Acting on behalf of Royal London, CBRE’s Office Agency team in Manchester has confirmed two key lettings at 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester, to the General Medical Council and In-Touch Networks.

These latest lettings follow a significant investment to improve the building.

Doctors’ regulator, the General Medical Council (GMC), has taken 22,000 sq ft of office space on the eighth floor.

The space is close to the GMC’s existing Hardman Street base and will be turned into a new clinical assessment centre for overseas doctors.

The new shower and bike hub was a key factor in its decision to take space in the building.

In-Touch Networks, an online technology company, has relocated to the property to expand its existing office accommodation, taking 22,000 sq ft on the third floor of the building.

Similarly, its decision to relocate into the building was influenced by the common area upgrades.

The 3 Hardman Square property has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme, upgrading the ground floor reception area, including the installation of new lighting, a new reception desk, wall cladding, a touch down area and furniture.

Furthermore, the lift lobbies and toilets have been refurbished on each floor and a new stunning shower and cycle hub provided in the basement, which is arguably Manchester’s finest, incorporating cycle racks, a drying room, lockers and shower facilities.
