Housebuilder relocates North West head office as part of expansion

Canada House

National house builder LPC Living has relocated its head office from Salford Quays to Canada House at Oldham Broadway Business Park, expanding its head office in the region.

The firm has taken approximately 4,000 sq ft at the park, close to junction 21 of the M60.

Director Simon Ashdown said: “Our new location provides easier access for our staff and enables better access to our development sites across the country.

“Our new headquarters also allows for fast access to both Manchester city centre and the motorway network.

“Our lease expiry at our former office facilitated an opportunity to review our requirements and Canada House provides accommodation better suited towards our needs and our future plans.

“We aim to accelerate our land acquisition and increase our housebuilding output across the country, especially in the North West.”

LPC Living recently completed The Oaks in Gatley, a development of 26 bespoke three- and four-bedroom homes, which sold out in record time and has recently launched Birkdale Place, a boutique development of just 10 four-bedroom semi-detached homes in the sought after village of Birkdale, near Southport.

The office fit-out was undertaken by Select Interiors and LPC Living represented itself in the transaction. The landlord is Madeleine Lindley.
