Revilo Homes moving to new home in expansion plans
A Rochdale company is set to expand its services through a relocation next month.
Revilo Homes is to further expand its estate agency service by opening the door on purpose-designed premises at the Revilo Group head office on Bridgefold Road.
The business is relocating from its current Milnrow site.
Gill Davies, sales director at Revilo Homes, said: “This is an exciting development as we continue to grow and the entire ground floor space – around 2,000 sq ft – will be dedicated to our expert team and our colleagues at Revilo Financial, who specialise in insurances and mortgages.”
Full-time mortgage specialist Richard Hey will be based on site and the firm is now directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
“Everything around this move is aimed at providing our many valued clients with easier access to the products and services they need, as and when they need them,” said Gill.
She added: “As always, our goal in terms of property sales is to secure the best possible price for our clients in the shortest possible time, and having all the services people need when purchasing and selling all under one roof enables us to do this efficiently.”
The opening of Revilo Homes’ new premises will coincide with the closing of the firm’s office in Milnrow, which the company has now outgrown, but Gill insists that close links with Milnrow – where the company first started – will always remain.
“Milnrow is a special place for Revilo Homes and we will continue to invest in the area and support the local community wherever, and however, we can. It is where I have lived for over 20 years and it is only three miles from our new base, so it will remain a very important area for our business going forward.”
Revilo Homes plans to offer a “come and see us” invitation to clients old and new when the Bridgefold Road office opens in the next few weeks.
The Revilo Group comprises six different operations – capital, automotive, developments, homes, life insurance and mortgages.
