Financial software group takes office at central city location
Real estate consultancy OBI has announced that financial services software house BEP Systems has taken a 14-person office at 101 Princess Street, Manchester, operated by Accelerate Places, on a flexible lease.
BEP Systems, which specialises in developing web and mobile applications for its clients in financial services, has moved its Manchester office from Barton Arcade into the bespoke workspace provided by Accelerate Places due to its growing Manchester team.
Chris Little, BEP Systems managing director, said: “The space at 101 Princess Street is the perfect fit for us, we were able to liaise with OBI and Accelerate Places with ease to create a bespoke office which met our requirements.
“There’s a real vibrancy among the other occupiers here and it’s great to be in a space which is our own, but at the same time we are able to network and collaborate with the other occupiers.
“The flexibility provided by Accelerate Places means we can concentrate on growing our Manchester team.”
OBI acted on behalf of Accelerate Places.
Georgia-Kaye Berry, business manager said: “OBI’s managed workspace desk has done a brilliant job in bringing BEP Systems to Accelerate Manchester and helping us tailor our space to meet their needs. They join a growing community of 25 businesses which are based here, and while they operate in a diverse range of sectors, the common theme is all of them want to scale up in a vibrant professional environment in the heart of Manchester.”
Debbie Meredith, transactions and asset management, OBI, said: “Since we set up our dedicated flexible workspace desk, we’ve helped operators find the right occupiers for their buildings and vice versa.
“Our team advise occupiers to ensure they make the most effective real estate decision by providing the latest market intelligence and insights on the ever-increasing variety of managed workspace on offer.
“We advise each occupier on the wider value of what each workspace can offer in terms of location, price, building amenity, digital connectivity, scale-up capability and terms, providing each occupier with the due diligence to ensure that a comprehensive search has been carried out.”
