Work to upgrade Lytham St Anne’s Technology & Performing Arts College (LSA) has now started and will see the construction of a state-of-the-art design technology (DT) building. The £5.6m refurbishment and development project is being delivered by regeneration and energy specialist Engie on behalf of Lancashire County Council and LSA.
