X1 The Landmark celebrates topping out milestone

Marking the topping out ceremony

X1’s new apartment building in central Manchester has topped out.

‘X1 The Landmark’ brings 191 new luxury apartments to the city centre near Spinningfields.

The development reached its peak height in a ceremony held by X1, Trilandium and Knight Knox.

The project has proven incredibly popular with investors and is fully sold out.

It features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside two-, three- and four-bedroom family townhouses in a prime new residential area.

Melissa Green, operations director at X1, said: “We are delighted to be working with the team at Trilandium to deliver X1 The Landmark – a prime residential site adjacent to Spinningfields in Manchester city centre.

“The topping out ceremony celebrates a key milestone within the build, and we are looking forward to launching these apartments to the rental market.”

Residents will also benefit from a double‐height gymnasium, dedicated lounge, courtyard garden, spectacular entrance foyer and secure parking, all within a five-minute walk of the city’s central business district, bars, restaurants and high‐end shopping areas.

Darren Wardle, construction director at Trilandium, said: “It is fantastic to be partnered with X1 at X1 The Landmark and we are delighted to be playing a part in the continued regeneration of the area.

“The Trilandium team are proud to be involved in the project and look forward to the scheme reaching completion.”

The topping out of ‘X1 The Landmark’ marks a major construction milestone, with the project on track to be completed and tenanted next year.

Samantha Jones, head of marketing at Knight Knox, said: “From the moment we launched the site, X1 The Landmark was a hit with investors.

“The location is perfect for both local residents and commuters, with excellent public transport links to the city centre and direct access to the motorway network.

“The regeneration happening in this area is exciting to see and I am delighted that Knight Knox is part of it.”
