Five year deal for eyelash extension firm on Bolton industrial estate

Real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of M7 Real Estate, has let industrial space at Wingates Industrial Estate to London Lash.

The professional eyelash extensions firm has agreed a new five year lease for the 9,973 sq ft sq ft (926.46 sq m) space at unit 5 on the park.

The unit comprises internal offices over two floors as well as 7,569 sq ft (703.2 sq m) of warehouse space.

Wingates is a well-established industrial service area for the North West situated five miles from Bolton town centre and 19 miles from Manchester city centre.

Located within one mile of junction 6 of the M61, the industrial park provides excellent access to the wider motorway network and is also within close proximity to an array of amenities such as Middlebrook Retail Park and University of Bolton stadium.
