Vape company expands in link-up with global forecourts group
Vape Dinner Lady, the Blackburn-based vape brand, has opened its first chain of concession stores inside EG Group forecourt service stations up and down the country.
The first phase of the new store formats have opened in more than 14 different locations and provide consumers with a full range of premium vape e-liquids, devices and accessories, including the company’s new disposable e-cigarette, the first e-cigarette to be pre-filled with Dinner Lady e-liquid.
Changing consumer behaviour has seen consumers switch from cigarettes to vaping in huge numbers and the vape category has become increasingly important for leading convenience and grocery retailers.
Vape Dinner Lady chief marketing officer, John Taylor, said: “Opening a range of concession stores in forecourt services stations makes sense for both retailers and consumers alike.
“Demand for quality vape products has grown significantly in recent years as consumers switch from cigarettes to vaping.

Vape Dinner Lady’s new concession stores have been designed to provide a quality shopping experience in a premium Dinner Lady-branded retail environment.
Each concession offers a full solution of vaping products designed to appeal to the widest range of consumers from cigarette smokers looking to switch, to experienced vapers wanting to buy the latest e-liquids and devices.
The launch is part of a new partnership with Blackburn-based EG Group, the world’s leading independent fuel station chain, which is reportedly considering a flotation next year that could value the business at more than £10bn
New concession store formats for Vape Dinner Lady have opened at forecourts in Burnley, Bolton, Warren, Stevenage, Ramsbottom, Three Arches, Snowhill, Cannock, Oval and Weld Blundell, and many more rolled out thereafter.
