A communications firm is opening a new arm of its business aimed at the property sector.

Inform Communications will be jointly owned by directors Kate Healey and Clare Coyne.

The new company has already secured a number of accounts including property development company Cole Waterhouse, luxury residential developer Real Estate Investment Partnership, Glenbrook’s latest scheme in Stockport and education provider Victorious Academies Trust.

Inform, which was originally established by Kate Healey in 2015, has already carved a niche as a specialist property communications consultancy and counts Tritax Symmetry, Eric Wright Group, Sheppard Robson, Glenbrook, Legat Owen, Canning O’Neill, Abacus and Gerald Eve among its clients.

Kate Healey said: “The business has grown rapidly in the last four years and Clare and I are working on property schemes in Manchester, London, Birmingham, Northampton, Gateshead and Leeds.

“The next logical step was for us to collaborate so that we can offer a highly specialised yet flexible and affordable service to the property sector.”

She added: “Clare has so much experience in marketing and communications having run her own PR business for many years as well as working with leading PR agencies as an external consultant.

“We’re proud to represent so many well-respected companies and are really excited to see what more we can achieve for them through our joint venture.”

Inform will be based at Victoria Buildings on Albert Square in the centre of Manchester.
