OBI completes spacious letting at city centre site

Manchester-based commercial real estate consultancy OBI has let 3,665 sq ft of Grade A workspace at Fifteen, on Quay Street, to Bravura Solutions, a global supplier of financial software.

This follows OBI designing and project managing the refurbishments to the reception, communal areas and the fifth-floor workspace

The Australian-based leading supplier of software, professional services for superannuation, pension, life insurance, investment, private wealth, funds administration and financial messaging, has taken the fifth floor at Fifteen.

Studio OBI, an OBI-integrated creative spin-off agency that launched earlier this year, also rebranded the building and designed the leasing brochure for the fifth-floor space.

Paul Mills, transactions & asset management at OBI, said: “We are delighted to have completed a letting to Bravura Solutions in a building that will provide them with an inspiring working environment.”

He added: “Fifteen on Quay Street has been remodelled and refurbished and a building concierge has been added to ensure that occupiers and their clients receive the highest levels of service.

“The letting to Bravura is the result of a successful collaboration between OBI and Studio OBI as the diverse skillsets were utilised to reposition, refurbish and lease the building.

“We will be bringing forward the opportunity to lease a further four floors of contiguous workspace within the building, totalling 13,815 sq ft, in Q2 2020.”

Fifteen on Quay Street, owned by a private property company, sits adjacent to Manchester’s premier office district of Spinningfields, which is home to some of the largest corporate and professional businesses in Europe.
