DTZ sells Gateway House

DTZ’s industrial team in Manchester has sold the 92,326 sq ft Gateway House in Pilsworth, Bury, for £2.5m on behalf of DTZ Investment Management.

The warehouse, which is on the M66 Trading Estate in Bury, has been sold to specialist cleaning products company Holchem.

Anthony O’Keefe, industrial director at DTZ, said: “We are pleased to have completed the sale of Gateway House to Holchem Limited. The self contained site offers them a combination of warehouse, office and storage space with great transport links to the nearby motorway network.”
