Property group set to move into bigger city centre headquarters
The real estate team at Pannone Corporate has advised Kamani Property Group on the purchase of its new headquarters in the city centre’s Knott Hill district.
Kamani Property Group has acquired the five‐story, 13,000 sq ft office building at 8 Hewitt Street for an undisclosed sum and will relocate from its current office on Dale Street this Spring.
The building will be partly-let to other commercial tenants.
The office building falls within the Knott Hill masterplan to transform an area off Deansgate into 124,000 sq ft of commercial space including office buildings, restaurants and shops, and create around 150 new homes.
Adam Kamani took over Kamani Property Group as CEO in January 2017 and has since substantially increased the company’s portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the UK and worldwide.

“Due to the extent we have grown over the last two years, it was crucial that we looked into future-proofing the business for the next couple of years.
