NSM wins £15m of North West assets as business grows

Asset management specialist NSM has been appointed to manage £15m of industrial units across the North West.

The four units are on high profile estates including:

  • Stakehill in Middleton, between the M60 and M62
  •  Whitehouse Industrial Estate by the M56 at Runcorn
  • Pinnacle 52 at Worsley near the M60/61 interchange
  • The M6 Epic 50 at the South Lancashire Industrial Estate in Wigan

On behalf of landlord, InfraRed Capital Partners, NSM will help to maximise the value of the assets and the return on investment, as well as managing the day-to-day running of the properties, rent roll and tenant liaison.

In addition to looking after existing tenants at Stakehill and Wigan, NSM has launched to market Pinnacle 52, which comprises a 53,353 sq ft self-contained high specification warehouse with two-storey office accommodation on a 2.78-acre site close to the M60/M61 interchange.

The team is also actively marketing the 43,078 sq ft detached industrial unit with office space which lies close to the M56 at Preston Brook, Runcorn.

NSM adds these four new developments to the four million sq ft, £237m of property assets the company already manages.

Formerly part of Network Space, in 2019 NSM launched as an independent business, based in Warrington and Doncaster.
