Dental practice to open in Grade II-listed city centre building
Property investor and car park operator, Town Centre Securities (TCS) has secured a new tenant at 75 Dale Street, in Manchester’s award-winning Piccadilly Basin.
Dental practice Allegra Dental, trading as Your Smile Clinic, has signed a deal on the whole building.
Your Smile Clinic will relocate its existing client base to the 1,300 sq ft self-contained, Grade II-listed building on a 15-year lease term and is due to open this October.
The building, which dates back to 1808, provides accommodation arranged over two floors and was previously occupied by GMI Construction who relocated and upsized to Leeds-based TCS’s adjacent office building, Carvers Warehouse.
The 75 Dale Street property is located at the core of Manchester’s business district and is a short walk from Piccadilly station, Metro stations and Piccadilly Gardens.
It also offers easy access to surrounding leisure and retail amenities in the thriving Northern Quarter.
Your Smile Clinic is an award-winning private dental practice providing bespoke high-quality dental care.
Dr Angela Ly is a renowned dentist and her popular YouTube channel has helped thousands of patients across the world to improve their dental health.
This has led to Dr Angela being featured on BBC breakfast, ITV’s Save Money Good Health and Channel 5’s Gadget Show.
Dr Angela Ly said: “Our team are excited to move to this beautiful historic building, which will give us the space we require to house the latest technology in dentistry so that we can continue providing the best care for our patients.
“The location is very convenient for our patients, being so close to the train station and car parks, as well as easy access for many of our patients who live and work nearby.”
Chris Collins, associate director at TCS, said: “We are delighted to welcome Your Smile Clinic to 75 Dale Street which is ideally placed and provides self-contained space at the gateway to Piccadilly Basin.
“We are confident that this new addition will prove extremely popular with the abundance of workers and inhabitants across our Piccadilly Basin scheme.”
